Plant Protein-Protein Interaction Study

I have a list of 100 Arabidopsis proteins. I need interaction among all of these proteins but not other proteins. Is there any database where I can give all of these proteins as an input and get an interaction as an output? or is there any tools? Thank you in advance.

Well I see three interaction databases listed on the GARnet - Proteomic Tool Kit page:

So they are probably a good place to start looking.

If they don't work out for what you want, you could try looking at IMEx, the services provided by the IMEx members and the various molecular interaction resources listed on Pathguide.
