Annotations Of Insulator Elements For The Mouse Genome

Hello,

does anybody know where could I find annotations of insulator elements for the mouse genome? I was thinking about using a custom track (but I am open to other possibilities), but until now I did not find any. I saw that Ensembl displays VISTA and cisRED regulatory elements, but I would like to use something more specific.

You may take a look at the CTCF peaks from the mouse Encode project.

Like other regulator elements, the insulators can also be tissue-specific, so pay attention to this if the data for your target tissue is not available .
