  • Parallel Computing; with demonstrated experience in CUDA/OpenCL and/or OpenMP/MPI
  • Computational Chemistry; with demonstrated experience in any of the following subjects
    • Quantum Chemistry; Gaussian, Turbomole, Spartan, ORCA, ONIOM, etc
    • Molecular Dynamics
    • Docking, Pharmacophore, QSAR
    • Coarse-grain methods
  • Structural Bioinformatics; with demonstrated experience in any of the following subjects
    • Homology modeling
    • DNA/RNA modeling
