Dexseq : Plot The Name Of The Samples
Hi,
I'm using DEXSeq to detect differentially expressed exons in RNA-Seq data. I use plotDEXseq to plot exon expression of a specific gene. I use :
plotDEXSeq(ecs,geneName,legend=TRUE,norCounts=TRUE,color.samples=colSamples)
colSamples containing colors for each of my samples.
Is it possible to have a legend for these colors ( name samples ) ?
