Orthomclloadblast-----Orthomcl Problems

When I use the subprogram--orthomclLoadBlast,I found a problem. I use all kinds of solutions online(mainly we should change local-infile = 1).However , it still does not work! If anyone has a good solution, please give me one.

Problems:

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version at orthomclLoadBlast line 39, <f> line 14.
