Bwa Error Using Bwa-0.6.1-Tpx.Patch

Hello,

I installed "bwa-0.6.1-tpx.patch" and try to use it but I got this error

[bwa_aln] version: 0.6.2-r126-tpx-unknown

can you help me with this and why I get this error?

Is there any specific reason you use bwa-0.6.1? The newest version is 0.7.5a: http://sourceforge.net/projects/bio-bwa/files/

Edit: If you absolutely need to use that version, this prior Biostar-thread might have an answer

Thanks Philipp, yes because I want to add patch file which is available only for bwa-0.6.1 and baa-0.6.2

What does bwa-0.6.1-tpx (especially tpx) means ? It seems to be the parallel samse/sampe patch from sourceforge.Does this version have big differences from bwa-0.6.1-tpx ?
