Where To Find Chromosome Band?
Hi, I am working on some visualization project. I would like to find the chromosome band information such as:
chr1 0 2300000 p36.33 gneg
chr1 2300000 5400000 p36.32 gpos25
chr1 5400000 7200000 p36.31 gneg
chr1 7200000 9200000 p36.23 gpos25
chr1 9200000 12700000 p36.22 gneg
chr1 12700000 16200000 p36.21 gpos50
Where to find the band information for S.pombe and E.coli, etc?

I may be wrong, but my understanding of cytobands, is that they do not appear in prokaryotes so band information for E. coli is not available. While cytobands might appear in S. pombe, as far as I can tell the yeast community does not record them, instead using other karyotyping techniques (see here).

Thanks. I can find hg19/hg18/mm8/mm9, but would like to find spombe and ecoli.
Sorry. Haven't read your last sentence.
