Qpcr Ratios Problem

Hello,

I have a probably (very) simple question that I can't quit figure out.

I've performed some qPCR on DNA in order to calculate ratios of two different DNA configurations. In some conditions, configuration A is higher, in others it's configuration B that is higher. I also measured a signal for an internal gene that never changes (kind of HKG). Now, I would like to calculate % of A. How do you do that?! I can use delta-delta-Ct method to calculate FoldChange of one configuration relative to the other one. But it would lay better on a graph if I had a percentage of A on B.

Any hints?

Thanks in advance!

You're already familiar with the delta-delta-Ct method, so just use that and multiply by 100.
