How To Make Cytoscape Export Network In Cluster Format (Non-Sif)
SIF format reports the network in pairwise data format. Is there a way to export it in cluster format? I.e. every line contain genes/protein within each network. For example image here contain 24 clusters, I'd like to have each cluster to have it's gene printed in one line.
