Repeatmodeler Error (Eleredef)

Hi,

I ran RepeatModeler with the following command:

RepeatModeler -database petunia > petunia_rm2.out I receive the output:

Program duration is 1271.0 sec = 21.2 min = 0.4 hr eleredef failed. Exit code 11 I can find no indication as to what eleredef is elsewhere, other than that it might be something to do with RECON.

I re-ran RepeatModeler but see the same problem.

What steps can I take to run RepeatModeler without receiving this error?

Which version of RECON are you using? The RepeatMasker team fixed several 64-bit related bugs on RECON version 1.06

I am using RECON as standalone, and I'm seeing this same error. Sorry to bump such an old thread, but has anyone got a solution to this? FYI I'm using RECON 1.08
