Which Genome Browser Can Show Input Reads And Ip Reads Profile In One Track?

Hi, all

I wonder if there is any genome browser can show control profile and IP profile in one track or strand-specific RNA-Seq in one track?

I usually use IGV, local browers are preferred. Web based browsers are also a nice choice.
