Hi guys,

Cummerbund has great functions and using ggplot is probably a good idea. However, obviously some things in the plot needs to be re-positioned, re-coloured etc.

Does anyone have any experience on how to add ggplot's functions on top of Cummerbund's S4 classes/methods to do this (maybe a few examples will help as well - like modifying text using geom_text in MDSplot but feel free to use your own examples)?
