Nominal Length And Tophat Inner Mate Distance
Hi, I wanted to know whether I can use the nominal length provided in EBI website as the tophat inner mate distance or not?like the one here: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/data/view/ERX002692&display=xml
Ofcourse I searched for my question and I found something similar here: http://www.biostars.org/post/show/12720/
But the answers are seems to be in contradiction with each other. Any new idea? Thank you
