Does someone has already used or try to use MARTA for assigning taxonomic status to DNA sequences ? I have a trouble with the last step of the analysis. My blastassignments.txt last output file gives "No taxa information. Likely cause: strange file format. Retry blast" for each sequence. How to resolve the bug? I have follow all the instructions given by the authors. (http://bergelson.uchicago.edu/software/marta) Unfortunatly, i know nothing in java. Does anyone can help me ?
