Tools For Viewing Splicing Graphs From De Novo Rna-Seq Assembly?
Hi,
Are there existing tools for viewing splicing graphs from de novo RNA-Seq assembly?
What I'd like is something that can show read coverage of each exon and the connections between the exons.
Thanks!
