To construct the Venn diagram from Roary
Hi, I wanted to ask a question about how to create a Venn Diagram from the Roary output using the query_pan_genome command.
If one has 3 groups A, B and C. To get the "unique" genes for each group the command would be: query_pan_genome -a difference or query_pan_genome -a complement ???
To obtain the shared genes between AB, AC and BC the command would be: query_pan_genome -a union or query_pan_genome -a intersection ???
