Is there a curated list of non-genetic risk factors for diseases?
I have a side project in which I would like to use text mining on paper abstracts for researching non-genetic risk factors associated to endometriosis.
My first idea was looking for a curated list of non-genetic risk factors for different diseases, but I have found nothing like that, not even as a category in a controlled vocabulary like MeSH or UMLS.
Do you know any resource of that kind?
