Dear ALL,
I tried to run oma-cleanup, but got the error report:
-bash: /BIGDATA1/sysu_gfyang_1/lg/OV/cds/run/OMA/bin/oma-cleanup: No such file or directory
but I run oma-cleanup in other cluster is fine, do not know what happened in this cluster.
How can I run oma-cleanup then...? Any suggestion? Thanks in advance!
Best, LG

Hi Sadie,
the error message indicates that the script oma-cleanup is not available. Did you install OMA standalone or do you just run from an extracted tarball? To solve this problem, simply re-download OMA standalone and extract the oma-cleanup script from the bin subdirectory, and execute it from the directory where your DB folder and parameter file is stored.
One reason why the file disappeared might be that on many HPC systems there is an automatic cleaning of the scratch filesystem setup, removing any file that is older than a certain number of days. Please check with your HPC sys-admin.
Best wishes
Adrian
