some question about the NGS sequence
next year I have a project to make an RNA-SEQ about the blood RNA-SEQ. there is a question that always confused me that the company makes the project which name is total RNA-SEQ. It includes an RNA-SEQ which is paired 2*150 and a small RNA-SEQ which is size-selection <50. I think if the blood has an RNA which length is between 50-150. I can't get this RNA through the total RNA-SEQ?

You'll need to ask the company for the specifics, but often RNA-seq kits will include a step such as column or bead purification that excludes fragments below ~100 bases in size.
