Connecting two PDB structures in Pymol
Hi! Is it possible to connect two PDB structures easily in Pymol? I basically just want to connect the PDB files from where the sequence of PDB-1 ends to where PDB-2 starts. Is this possible? Thanks!

I don't know PyMol well enough to answer, but you could do this in the PDB files themselves as they're just plaintext. Just delete the relevant lines at the end of PDB-1 (
TERlines I think) and the header info in PDB-2.Doing so will just put them on top of each other, as they have almost the same coordinates. I need to link them together.
