Hi, I am here to get some guidance, maybe this is a silly question but I want to get out of the doubt, is there a way to compare the efficiency between outputs (from the same database) by hmmer and blast (no processing time like variable)? something I was thinking about is if there is a formula that allows me to adimension and unify the variables percentage of identical matches, evalue and bitscore of both comparators and thus to be able to make the comparison between both or someone maybe has another idea.
