Recertification for services will be required of LIFT customers prior to expiration of their current eligibility period. The LIFT will notify participants of the recertification requirements approximately 45 days prior to the expiration date. It is the responsibility of those who have subscription services to notify the agency to update their subscription request. Out-of-town visitors who present ADA eligibility documentation from another jurisdiction can use the LIFT.
