Dear all, I have a question to ask. I have two MassSpec datasets and I did two Gene Ontology for the two groups (for example WT and KO cells).

I would make a Bubble plot to present these data together. Of course, there are categories in common and other no, but I would show, on the same row, for example, the two different FDR of the two groups? Do you know how could I do? In which way I should load the dataset on R and how to create this graph? Than you Salvatore
