I have submitted the complete mitochondrial genome sequences in NCBI. The Genbank staff informed me that there is a problem with the annotation. These are the problems in our sequence submit cox2 truncated 5' end, extended 3' end (overlaps the flanking tRNA which is nearly always incorrect); the TQS protein provided in the powerpoint slide is from a WGS predicted mitochondrion that does not undergo manual curation. - nad5 truncated at the amino terminus

Kindly suggest to me how to solve these problems Dr K. Sivasankaran
