I am trying to write a utility to search SNP raw data files, however, 23andMe have over 1000 Internal codes. On SNPpedia some rsIDs are listed as equivalent to multiple Internal codes, such as: https://www.snpedia.com/index.php/Rs75527207

Has anyone compiled a definitive list where these internal codes map to rsIDs? I wrote a switch/case statement for FTDNA VG codes but they were far fewer... My program is at the pre-release trash phase at the moment! I wouldn't even call it alpha.. https://github.com/BritRobin/ParseSNP
