calculate median by rows
I have an excel file that has a thousand of lines, i want to calculate median row by row ? any help to do that by command line in bash script? Thank you for your effort and help in advance
example of my file , gene_name 555 88 90 56 0 98. ...etc gene_name 67 88 09 55 09 66 ..etc
