Scripture: One Chromosome At A Time?

Hello, I am new to Scripture and am trying to understand the command-line arguments. Am I right in that Scripture only reconstructs transcripts one chromosome at a time? Help is appreciated. G.

According to this documentation, -chr and -chrSequence are mandatory parameters. So yes, you have to specifiy one chromosome at a time.
