People need to create a local database to compare some conserved domains. My doubt is within the address of ncbi (https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/db/) we have many databases, which would be the correct one to run on Blast2Go. In my case study Arthropoda> Insecte> Hemiptera> Reduviidade> Triatominae.
