I have a shotgun metagenome project with an abundance table showing relative frequencies (float value) obtained from the MetaPhlAn classifier.

As most of the alpha diversity metrics require full counts (integers) do you have suggestions on which alpha diversity metric to choose in terms of relative frequencies?
