How to read force field parameters of amino acids such as vanderwaal radii and partial charge?
I am just a beginner in biochemistry. I need to know the Vanderwaal radii and partial charge of atoms in the amino acid or in other words force field parameters. I really don't know where to get those force field parameters for amino acids. Is there any online database where I can read it directly?
