Hi everyone, I knew that there is a big difference between Polygenic risk scores (PRS) and haplotype. However, for me, they are likely the same as both of them work with many SNPs. The only difference I know that SNPs in haplotype should be in the same chromosome while PRS do not need. Can someone please help me answer this question? Thank you.
