If statement of Python

To enter a roller coaster the passengers must be at least 10 years old and at least 130cm tall. If they are accompanied by a guardian, they can enter at the age of 8, but must still be at least 130cm tall. Write a program that asks the user to input all relevant information and outputs whether the passenger is allowed on the roller coaster.
