Add that as an answer please. Just the fact that you emailed the author and he asked you to reinstall the package, and include the command you used to reinstall it.

Tired searching but of not much avail. Can someone help why this error is being displayed? regards.

Looks like an error unrelated to ComplexHeatmap. Are you running R Shiny Server?
Shall check if this is the case.
Do you have an update on this question, amitpande74?
no, I havent receive any update.
You're the one supposed to be giving the update. You said you'd check if shiny was causing the error and then disappeared.
I checked and found that shiny was running locally and not on the server. And I did not disppear.
You did not respond to Kevin's comment after checking or follow up on your post in any way and from your response to my comment, it looks like you're expecting a follow up from someone else. I don't see how that's not disappearing/abandoning the post.
I am still waiting for the main author of ComplexheatMap to respond.
Why would ComplexHeatmap author respond to a question where someone asked for clarification on the error being a CH error or a shiny error and the OP hadn't clarified that yet? The ball was in your court, so until you came back with an update, no one would contribute anything more here.

Sure, I posted this question here thinking a lot of people would have encountered the same situation as I have. I have asked the corresponding author of ComplexheatMap to explain the bug,if any. Thanks for your continued support.
