Good evening,

Well, I'm trying to run the tutorial for HybPiper on a hcp server with all the installed modules for HybPiper and I'm using the tutorial dataset. However, when I run the line ../reads_first.py -b test_targets.fasta -r NZ281_R*_test.fastq --prefix NZ281 --bwa everything goes well until the exonerate section. Where I get a simple error "Something went wrong with exonerate". I'm using exonerate version 2.4. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a work around or plausible reason?
