Hello group, I am new to bioinformatics, one of my university professors assigned us a final project which consists of generating an ancestry test from some data in 23andme or genotyping format, I have found several tutorials on how to generate them but I have not succeeded in transforming the input data to be accepted by the processing software,

Could you recommend tutorials, tools or tips to carry out this project?
