Is there a list of URL's for all the tools/databases that bcbio-nextgen uses? We are recently put inside a firewall and need to manually whitelist each URL for accessing them. I would think one of the configuration files would have a list of source URLs for the tools and databases used by bcbio-nextgen, but can't find it.
