Does 10X cv3 single-nuclei RNA-seq suitable for premRNA quantification to identify cell clusters and why
Hi, I`m a newbie in single-cell region. There is a set of 10X cv3 single nuclei data, I ran cell ranger and got both mRNA and premRNA quantification. I`m confused that premRNA quantification can detected more RNA features and cells, but does 10x cv3 technology suit to premRNA quantification because it is not full-length sequencing? Thanks!!!
