The ENCODE of E.coli

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is well and keeping safe

I was wondering if anyone is aware of any data resource similar to ENCODE but rather focussed on E.coli ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq and the related (epi)genomics datasets.

Any ideas?

EcoCyc is likely the best resource for data related to E. coli, in case you were not aware.
