Hi,

I want to calculate the average correlation coefficient (Spearman's correlation since the dataset is not normally distributed) for my dataset which is composed by untreated and treated conditions with 3 replicates in each group.

So far, I calculate the correlation matrix for all samples but how do I calculate the average among all since the correlation coefficients are not additive?
