Hello all, I have a viral genome and I am trying to create a vector with a new promoter for the said virus. Are there anytools out there that can help me predict all promoters in this genome? and does anyone know of a viral vector promoter database or something that I can find an available promoter and search for similar in my viral genome? I have been searching and havent made much progrees on this issue. Thanks
