Can Mung Bean Nuclease only eat ssDNA 5' overhang?
Can Mung Bean Nuclease only eat ssDNA 5' overhang, if my double-stranded region of DNA (20bp) has A-T rich bonds at the ends? Do you have a gel how does this nuclease work?
