Why does BreakDancer give a position of mitochondria DNA very high?

I am analyzing the segments variations of BreakDancer. I report the output below:

Chr1    Pos1    Orientation1    Chr2    Pos2    Orientation2    Type    Size    Score   num_Reads

chrM    16671   10342+6336- chr2    218056333   2581+2304-  INV -54 33  786

Why is Pos1 higher than the size mtDNA (16 569 bp)?
