Aedes aegypti variant calling
Hi, Everyone
I am preparing a pipeline to call variants on Aedes aegypti, so which tools are suitable for that (previously I decided to ran GATK). Some paper describes freebayes is best. I want to download Freebayes version 1.2.0, it asks lots of dependencies, can anyone tell the full package of that.
