Simulation study to compare the power of different approaches
Hi,
I am working on case-control study, rare variants are focus. For Rare-Variant Association Testing I used SKAT-O and GenePy.
I would like to perform simulation study to compare the power of these two approaches. Ideally, I would like to generate SNP data for around 1000 samples for cases and 1000 for controls for about 15 genes. What do you suggest?
