I would like to know how to create a dose-response matrix for a drug pair. I'd like to know what criteria is related to dosage values for each drugs, for example the dosage quantity items for each drug, minimum and maximum dosage for each drug, mL type dosage and ec50. Furthermore, how to calculate the drug effect between two dosages. Is there a python package I can use to generate the matrices?
