Is there any RNA-seq summary study for one certain"family" species?
Hello everyone and teachers!
I am currently studying species of a certain family, and there are some RNA-seq datasets for the species from this family, but RNA-seq datasets for a single specie are rare.
Is there any this kind of research (suit to my situation): summarize the datasets from researches about a certain family species and find out the common DEGs, and then further analyze them. Is this accessible?
Is there a similar study? Do you have any references? Thank you!!
