In NCBI names.dmp file what does it mean to have multiple nodes pointing to different names?

Hello,

I took a look inside NCBI names.dmp and nodes.dmp files just to see what information it holds. When I looked at the names.dmp file, I see that there are many exact nodes pointing to different names. I have attached a picture of what I am asking about below.NCBI names.dmp Do these nodes have the same names because the NCBI taxonomy information is used for all of its databases?
