Galaxy Interproscan no results.

I want to perform domain analysis (Interproscan) of transcriptome sequences (transcripts) using galaxy server. I have ORF peptide sequences as input. I choose the protein fasta file "Peptide sequences" and selected all applications to run. Right application progress panel shows "interproscan calulation on data". The task completes but no data output. The input sequences have domains but still no result using galaxy interpro. Please help.
