Homer: removeOutOfBoundsReads.pl command cannot find chromosome size file
Hi, I'm using Homer for NGS analysis on USCS browser. I am using removeOutOfBoundsReads.pl command on the tag directories but I keep getting an error that Homer cannot find chromosome size file. I have tried installing homer and hg19 again, but this hasn't resolved the error
