Dnasp sliding window plot for polymorphism and divergence not working
I tried the example exercise in section 3.3 (Sliding Window Analyses) in paper DNA_sequence_polymorphism_analysis_using_DnaSP using DnaSP version 6 and the output was only displayed on text window and no graph was shown.
What am I doing wrong?
ps- on the DnaSP manual (Version: 6.12) three types of output windows are discussed.
The output is displayed in three kinds of windows: text, table or grid (the output data are laid out in rows andcolumns like in a spreadsheet) and graphic (scatter graph and line chart).

It was a silly mistake, I have missed to tick the "Compute" sliding window check box.
